Coinciding with the lab opening, Novogene officially launched its DIA (Data-Independent Acquisition) quantitative proteomics service, powered by the Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Astral platform.

As part of the launch, Novogene completed comprehensive internal benchmarking of deep/rapid DIA proteomics and phosphoproteomics across diverse biological sample types, as well as plasma/serum proteomics. The evaluation demonstrated industry-leading sensitivity and throughput in protein identification and quantification, confirming the workflow’s robustness and reproducibility.
