Following the successful local deployment of 10x Genomics Visium HD on April 27, Novogene now introduces the Visium HD 3′ solution, which adopts a poly(A)-based capture approach, enabling gene expression profiling without reliance on species-specific probes. This allows for broader compatibility across diverse sample types, including non-model organisms.

The service preserves the high spatial resolution of the Visium HD platform while offering a flexible and scalable solution for transcriptome analysis.
