A telomere-to-telomere genome assembly of Salix cheilophila reveals its evolutionary signatures for environmental adaptation
Introduction:
A telomere-to-telomere genome of Salix cheilophila was assembled and annotated, resulting in a complete gap-free assembly of all 19 chromosomes with single-base accuracy exceeding 99.99%. These findings were published in Plant Communications under the title “A telomere-to-telomere genome assembly of Salix cheilophila reveals its evolutionary signatures for environmental adaptation.”
