Single-cell genomics has revolutionized our ability to dissect heterogeneity across health and disease and has changed our understanding of the tumor ecosystem by providing unprecedented transcriptomic resolution. Despite these advances, leveraging this technology for large-scale retrospective analyses of patient cohorts remains challenging.
