Novogene Workflow of Pre-made Library Sequencing
For self-constructed libraries provided by the customers, quality control analysis is performed before sequencing to ensure the quality of the data. The qualified libraries are then pooled based on their effective concentrations and expected data volumes, followed by sequencing using Illumina, Element Biosciences or PacBio platforms.
