The Account Manager’s role is to ensure the achievement of sales within their given territory. The position will be responsible for managing all business accounts in the assigned region, create strategies and execute tactics to develop and implement sales plans that will contribute to the financial growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishment and improvement of the analysis pipeline for clinical NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) data.
  • To ensure the successful completion of NGS sequencing project: process and deliver on time NGS data from projects.
  • Timely summary of the completion of the project, confirm the final delivery data.
  • Provide data analysis/delivery solution, assist to resolve the technical problems on all the stages of the project (pre-sales, in-sales and post-sales) for Europe based customers in cooperation with the sales/technical support team.
  • Possible webinar/conferences opportunities to promote service or share knowledge.

Job requirements:

  • Experience in bioinformatics analysis or bioinformatics software development in human genome high-throughput sequencing techniques. More than 2 years preferred.
  • Familiar with the common bioinformatics analysis software, especially for variant calling, annotation, gene expression quantification and differential expression, among others.
  • Capable to establish NGS data analysis process.
  • Master Perl python R, C / C programming languages, proficient in the use of linux operating system, familiar with basic mathematical statistics knowledge and tools.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in clinical/biopharma environment is preferred.

  • Manages AMEA margin and pricing for products.
