In particular we will guide you through the basic principles of Next Generation Sequencing and how its advances have enabled us to diagnose and treat patients with various cancers and diseases. Some common sequencing and analysis approaches being used for different clinical applications including those from Genomics, Transcriptomics and Epigenomics will be introduced.
