Isoform Sequencing (Iso-seq)<\/strong> using PacBio SMRT (Single Molecule, Real-Time) technology enables sequencing of full-length transcript isoforms\u00a0(from 5\u2019UTR to 3\u2019poly-A tail) within the targeted genes. Iso-seq is a high-throughput method for characterizing fusion genes, identifying alternative splicing, annotating genomes, and discovering novel transcripts.<\/p>\n

Iso-seq can be fully leveraged for medical and agricultural research purposes, including disease mechanism investigation, exploring drug resistance mechanisms, discovering new genes, as well as studying plant development and biotic and abiotic stresses.<\/p>\n

Kinnex Full-length RNA Kit<\/h2>\n

The Kinnex kits are based on the MAS-Seq method, which concatenates smaller amplicons into larger fragment libraries for throughput increase. Novogene uses the Kinnex full-length RNA kit<\/span> as part of its full-length RNA sequencing pipeline to further improve the throughput available on the PacBio Revio<\/span> system.
