Low-pass whole genome sequencing<\/strong> (also known as <strong>lpWGS<\/strong> or <strong>shallow whole genome sequencing<\/strong>) is a <strong>cost-effective<\/strong> technique for large cohorts to detect genetic variation within the genomes of various species using <strong>imputation<\/strong>.
